At WM Store, owned by Webline Masters, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds once the item has been downloaded.

1. When a Refund May Be Granted

We will consider refund requests only under the following specific circumstances:

Non-Functional Item: If the item is "broken" or does not work as described on the product page, and our technical support team or the author cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Misrepresentation: If the item is materially different from the item description or the preview provided.

Security Issues: If the item contains a verified security vulnerability that the author refuses to fix.

2. When a Refund Will NOT Be Granted

To protect our authors and the integrity of the marketplace, we do not provide refunds in these cases:

Change of Mind: You simply decided you no longer want the item after downloading it.

Lack of Skills: You do not have the technical expertise to install or use the item (Please check the "Requirements" on the product page before buying).

Accidental Purchase: You bought the item by mistake but have already accessed the download link.

Server Incompatibility: Your hosting environment does not meet the minimum requirements clearly stated in the product documentation.

Third-Party Conflicts: The item does not work with a specific third-party plugin or theme that was not mentioned as compatible in the description.

3. Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted via our Ticket System within 14 days of the original purchase.

You must provide a detailed explanation of the issue and, if requested, provide temporary access to your environment so the author can verify the technical problem.

If a refund is approved, your license will be immediately terminated, and you must delete all copies of the software from your servers.

4. Dispute Policy

We encourage you to contact our support team before opening a dispute with Stripe or PayPal. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support channels.
