When you purchase an item on WM Store, you are strictly purchasing a license to use that item, not the ownership of the item itself. All items remain the intellectual property of Webline Masters or the respective author.
The Regular License is the standard option for most individual and small business projects.
Usage: You are granted a non-exclusive right to use the item to create one single end product for yourself or for one client.
Non-Commercial: You cannot charge end-users for access to the end product where the item is used.
Example: Using a Perfex CRM module for your own company or installing a WordPress theme for a client’s business website.
The Extended License is required for larger commercial applications and SaaS platforms.
Usage: You are granted a non-exclusive right to use the item to create one single end product.
Commercial Use: You can charge end-users for access to the end product (e.g., a subscription-based service or a "Pay-per-use" platform).
Example: Using a script to build a SaaS platform where users pay a monthly fee to access the service.
Regardless of the license type, the following actions are strictly forbidden:
Reselling Source Code: You may not redistribute, resell, or give away the original source code as a standalone file or part of a bundle.
Extraction: You cannot extract individual components (like graphics or specific code blocks) to use them in other projects.
Claiming Ownership: You may not claim the item as your own work, even if you have modified it.
Each license (Regular or Extended) is valid for one domain or one project only. If you wish to use the same item for a second project or a different domain, you must purchase an additional license.
You are allowed to modify the item to suit the needs of your end product. However, the modified item remains subject to these license terms.
